An industrial hall by the Perret brothers is going through transformation and renovation in order to host the music and dance school along a performance hall and music recording studios. TransEuropArchi 2019 Award.

Seat Count The music and dance school comprises eight classrooms, two collective practice rooms for music and dance (800 m²). The space also includes a recording studio, and rehearsal studios. Total area 2 276 m².
Uses The town hall association in charge of music education shares the space with Pôle Musiques actuelles Mont' le Son that comprises three rehearsal studios and a recording studio.
